You can access MindView Online using any browser that meets the requirements (as specified in "Browser requirements" under "Welcome").
Go
to www.mindviewonline.com
(or another site address as provided by your administrator).
(Optional)
Select a different language on the drop-down list.
Log
in by doing one of the following:
Enter
the e-mail address and password of your MindView account, and click Login. If you do not have a MindView
account, you can create one by clicking Create
an account. For more information, see "Creating
a new account".
Click
the Google, Microsoft Live or Facebook icon to log in using an existing
account with one of these providers. To use this option, you or your administrator
must have enabled login using one or more of these providers. For more
information, see "Administrator
options".
The first time you log in, you may be
prompted to change your password and accept the MatchWare
Terms of Service.
When you have logged in, you will see the Backstage view. For more information, see "Using the Backstage view".
Check
that the e-mail address and password are valid, and that you have entered
them correctly. If you have forgotten your password, request a new one
as described below.
If
you are trying to log in using Google, Microsoft Live or Facebook, make
sure that you have enabled login using the provider you want to use.
Check
that the browser is set up to accept cookies from the MindView Online
site. Read the documentation or online help for your browser to see how
this is done.
Check
that MindView Online supports the browser you are using.
Check
that the network connection to the MindView Online site is working.
If
you still cannot log in, see "Getting
help" for more information.
From
the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter
your e-mail address, and click Reset.
An e-mail with password reset information is sent to your address.
