You can attach files in any format (such as image files, video files or spreadsheets) to the root or any branch of your mind map. When exporting your map to Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint or PDF, links to the attached objects are inserted in the exported file. For more information, see "Exporting to Word", "Exporting to Google Docs", "Exporting to PowerPoint" and "Exporting to PDF".
If you are attaching a large file, it may take some time before the file
is uploaded to MindView Online. If you attempt to export a mind map with
attached objects before these objects are fully uploaded to MindView Online,
an error message is displayed.
MindView Online also allows you to create
a link between a root or branch and an external element such as a URL.
See "Creating hyperlinks"
for more information.
Select the root or branch
where you would like to attach the object.
Choose Home
| Attachment or Insert

the drop-down list, choose where the file to be attached is located (local

For
attachments on a cloud-based drive, log into the selected service in the
dialog that opens (if required), and then select and upload the file.
You may have to grant MindView Online access to your files. When importing
files from Google Drive in a Google-specific file format, you will be
prompted to choose an import format for the file.
You can also insert an attachment by right-clicking the root or branch
where the attachment is to be placed, choosing Insert

an attachment as described above.
